FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about how Erbgazo plans, sources, negotiates, and manages billboard campaigns.
What does a billboard agency do?
A billboard agency helps advertisers plan, source, negotiate, and manage outdoor advertising campaigns. The agency works with billboard operators on the advertiser’s behalf to identify suitable inventory and campaign terms.
Do you own the billboards?
Unless otherwise stated, Erbgazo does not directly own the billboard structures. We work with billboard owners and media operators to source placements for our clients.
How can you obtain better billboard rates?
We use operator relationships, campaign volume, market knowledge, multi-location buying opportunities, and negotiation experience to pursue competitive pricing. Final rates depend on market demand, inventory, timing, location, campaign length, and operator approval.
Are discounts guaranteed?
No. Pricing and discount availability vary by operator, market, inventory, campaign size, and contract terms. We work to obtain competitive value but cannot guarantee a specific discount.
What campaign budgets do you work with?
We primarily serve companies with substantial outdoor advertising budgets. Minimum campaign requirements may vary depending on the market, format, and campaign duration.
Can you manage campaigns in multiple cities?
Yes. We can help coordinate regional and multi-market campaigns involving multiple billboard operators.
Do you work with all billboard companies?
We work with qualified national, regional, and local billboard operators based on campaign location, inventory availability, and client requirements.
Can you help select billboard locations?
Yes. We evaluate available placements based on factors such as market, visibility, traffic patterns, target audience, location, format, and budget.
Do you provide billboard design?
We can coordinate creative services or work with your existing designer or advertising agency. Creative service availability should be confirmed during the proposal process.
How long should a billboard campaign run?
Campaign length depends on your objectives, market, budget, and billboard format. Static billboard campaigns often require longer commitments, while digital billboard campaigns may offer more flexibility.
How quickly can a campaign launch?
Launch timing depends on inventory availability, contracting, creative approval, production, and installation schedules. Digital campaigns may launch faster than printed static placements.
What information do you need to prepare a proposal?
We generally need your target markets, campaign dates, objectives, preferred billboard formats, audience, estimated budget, and any location preferences.
Are production and installation included?
Production and installation costs vary by operator and format. These costs will be identified in the campaign proposal when applicable.
Can you review our existing billboard contracts?
Yes. We can evaluate your current billboard campaign structure, pricing, inventory, and terms to identify potential areas for improvement.
